Juwann Winfree Falls Flat In Final Preseason Game
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers wide receiver Juwann Winfree caught only one of his six targets for seven yards in the 17-10 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in the team's preseason finale on Thursday night. Even though the Packers don't have much experienced depth at the receiver position heading into the 2022 season, Winfree could be on the roster bubble. If he does make the team, he'll be well off the fantasy radar while being buried on the depth chart behind the likes of Allen Lazard, Sammy Watkins, Randall Cobb and rookies Christian Watson and Romeo Doubs. The 25-year-old former sixth-round pick caught eight passes on 13 targets for 58 yards and no touchdowns in seven games for the Packers in 2021.
