3 years agoNew York Giants rookie wide receiver Kadarius Toney, linebacker Oshane Ximines and safety J.R. Reed were cleared to return from the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Thursday, according to head coach Joe Judge. Several more Giants players on the COVID list, including cornerback Adoree' Jackson, could be cleared on Friday. Toney hasn't played since Week 11 due to oblique and quadriceps injuries, but he'll have an opportunity in the final three games to do some damage with Sterling Shepard (Achilles) out for the year. While Toney should see more playing time down the stretch, fantasy managers have to wonder what kind of conditioning he'll be in coming off two injuries and a bout with COVID. Toney will be more of a boom/bust desperation play as a WR4/5 if he plays on Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
