4 years agoLos Angeles Chargers running back Kalen Ballage was the lead man out of the backfield in Week 10 versus the Miami Dolphins. Ballage's only competition was rookie Joshua Kelley and Troymaine Pope was a non-factor in this matchup. Ballage responded with 18 carries for 68 yards and hauled in five of his six targets for 34 yards. Kelley only had seven carries in this contest and it appears that Ballage will be the teams top option in the Chargers backfield until Austin Ekeler (hamstring) and Justin Jackson (knee) return from the IR. Ballage will have a juicy matchup versus the Jets in Week 10 and should be a popular waiver wire option this weekend.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
