5 years agoWith a three-down role all to himself again, Miami Dolphins running back Kalen Ballage continued to be irrelevant in both fantasy and real-life on Sunday, putting up just six fantasy points in Miami’s 37-20 loss to Buffalo. The fact that he got even six points was miraculous, as they only came due to a three-yard touchdown that he vultured after Devante Parker set the Dolphins up with a 50-yard reception in the first quarter. Ballage finished with a total of just 17 yards on 14 touches, rushing nine times for nine yards and catching five-of-six targets for just eight yards. Even facing little competition for touches in the Miami backfield, the slow-footed and wooden-handed Ballage should only be used by owners in the most dire of straits. This includes in Week 12, even though Ballage will be taking on a Cleveland Browns Defense that’s allowing the 13th-most fantasy points to running backs in 2019.--Nicklaus Gaut - RotoBaller
