3 years agoKansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has been added back to the team's active roster for Sunday's game against the Steelers, but he has not yet been cleared from the Reserve/COVID-19 list. The team's hope is that Kelce will test negative Sunday morning, ultimately paving the way for him to suit up. Kansas City already received good news Christmas morning in the form of Tyreek Hill clearing the league's protocols, with a possible Kelce activation giving Patrick Mahomes a full allotment of pass-catching weapons. An absence from Kelce could garner Blake Bell added snaps, but he would remain a risky DFS and season-long option. If cleared, Kelce would retain his usual No. 1 tight end status, as he is on the heels of a dominant 10-catch, 191-yard performance from last week that saw him haul in a pair of touchdowns. Fantasy managers will want to check back before kick-off Sunday to get the final word on Kelce.--Jesse Borek
