Kareem Hunt An RB2 In Wild-Card Round
4 years agoCleveland Browns running back Kareem Hunt heads into the playoff mired in a slump as he failed to top 37 rushing yards in five straight games. He will face off against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday night in the Wild Card game, the first Cleveland playoff appearance since the 2002 season. The Steelers were tough against the run during the regular season, ranking fifth in run-defense DVOA and allowing the third-fewest fantasy points per game to the running back position. That being said, Hunt should see extensive work in the passing attack in a game where the Browns are installed as six-point road underdogs. Fantasy gamers participating in playoff contests can treat Hunt as a mid-range RB2 for this weekend.
