4 years agoPittsburgh Penguins winger Kasperi Kapanen will miss Thursday's rematch with the Sabres due to a lower-body injury. He played less than 11 minutes in Wednesday's 5-2 win over Buffalo and is listed week-to-week. The Finnish winger has been in fine form for Pittsburgh this season with 21 points, 48 shots and a plus-12 rating in 30 games. The hits just keep coming for the Penguins, who are already without multiple forwards, including star center Evgeni Malkin (lower body).
