2 years agoPittsburgh Pirates third baseman Ke'Bryan Hayes left Friday's game against the Toronto Blue Jays with left shoulder discomfort. Hayes received treatment from the medical staff after the injury and can be considered day-to-day for the time being. He went 0-for-2 in the game before he was replaced in the lineup by Kevin Newman. Hayes injured himself attempting a diving stop in the field. Hayes is hitting .242 with six homers, 44 runs, 36 RBI, and 14 steals in 2022. Look for the Pirates to update Hayes' status before the start of Saturday's contest.--Matt T - RotoBaller
