4 years agoPittsburgh Pirates third baseman Ke'Bryan Hayes (wrist) began working again on his rehab efforts over the weekend, according to Jake Crouse of MLB.com. General manager Ben Cherington said that Hayes had a bat in his hands this weekend and also took some soft toss. Hayes had been working his way back from a wrist injury suffered on April 3 when he reaggravated his wrist while swinging a bat one week ago. Hopefully his rehab efforts will go more smoothly this time around and he can return to action soon.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
