Ke'Bryan Hayes Returns Sunday
2 years agoPittsburgh Pirates third baseman Ke'Bryan Hayes (shoulder) has returned to the starting lineup on Sunday against Tampa Bay Rays left-hander Shane McClanahan, starting at third base and batting leadoff. Hayes injured his left shoulder on a slide into home plate against the Chicago Cubs on Thursday and hadn't played since, but fantasy managers can put him back into their lineups for Sunday's series finale against Tampa. The 25-year-old is hitting .264/.340/.381 with three home runs, 24 RBI, 32 runs scored and eight stolen bases on the season, but he's struggled in the month of June (.200 batting average, two home runs, eight RBI and 24 strikeouts in 19 games) and he's facing a difficult matchup in his return against McClanahan.
