4 years agoPittsburgh Pirates third baseman Ke'Bryan Hayes (wrist) has been transferred to the 60-day injured list, according to Jake Crouse of MLB.com. Manager Derek Shelton said that there was no setback in Hayes' recovery from a wrist injury he suffered during Opening Weekend, and that he remains on the same progression he has been on. With this move, Hayes will not be eligible for activation until the beginning of June. Managers will be disappointed by this news, as Hayes was considered one of the top prospects in fantasy this year after slashing .376/.442/.682 in 2020. At this point there's no reason managers should not continue to stash Hayes on the injured list until he returns.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
