3 years agoBaltimore Orioles starting pitcher Keegan Akin faltered after a string of successful starts in Sunday's 8-7 win over the Yankees. Akin pitched just 4 innings, allowing four runs on three hits (including a grand slam) and two walks with five strikeouts. The 26-year-old has pitched better lately but still owns a 7.00 ERA and 1.63 WHIP on the season. His next start will be a tougher one against the Blue Jays at home. Fantasy managers should stay away from Akin despite his good recent starts.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
