3 years agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen (illness) expects to play on Thursday night versus the Chiefs. The veteran is currently a resident of the reserve/COVID-19 list. However, as long as everything goes smoothly and he's removed, he will be out there. Nonetheless, the team is certainly hoping to get him back in the lineup, especially since Austin Ekeler (ankle) may not play. Still, If Allen doesn't suit up against Kansas City, Jalen Guyton and Joshua Palmer, who each had a touchdown grab against the Giants, should continue to get additional looks from Justin Herbert.
