Keenan Allen Has Big Game In Week 9

2 years agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen continues to be one of the most consistent pass catchers in the league. The veteran saw a team high 13 targets in a Week 9 victory versus the Philadelphia Eagles and caught 12 balls for 104 yards. Week in and week out, Allen continues to have a safe floor of a WR2 with the ceiling of a WR1. Despite Mike Williams getting off to a scorching hot start this season, it has been Allen that has consistently been putting a smile on managers faces. Even with running back Austin Ekeler and Williams playing a big role in the Chargers offense, Allen remains the safest option on a weekly basis and one of the safer options of all players at the wide receiver position. Next up for Allen will be a date versus the Minnesota Vikings and Allen should once again be considered a top option at the wide receiver position.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
