4 years agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen continues to benefit from rookie Justin Herbert starting at quarterback. Allen was targeted 12 times on Sunday and caught eight balls for a total of 62 yards. Allen has been a reception machine since Herbert was inserted into the lineup in Week 2 and has performed as a WR1 over that span. He now has 41 targets and 28 receptions for 294 yards and one touchdown in the past three weeks.
