3 years agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen is coming off of one of his poorest performances of the year with four receptions for 35 yards in a Week 16 loss versus the Houston Texans and will look to get back on track against a tough Denver Broncos secondary in Week 17. The veteran has been one of the most consistent receivers on a week-to-week to basis, but the Broncos defense has been stingy against wide receivers allowing just 11 receptions for 148 yards per game with just 14 touchdowns allowed on the season. Wide receiver Mike Williams will return to the lineup after a one-game absence and that should help take some of the pressure off of Allen. Despite the tough matchup, the good news for managers is that Allen went for seven receptions and 85 yards when the teams met in Week 12. Managers should feel confident about Allen as a WR1 in 12-team formats on Sunday.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
