5 years agoThe Green Bay Packers claimed running back Keith Ford off waivers from the Indianapolis Colts n Tuesday while waiving injured OT Jason Spriggs, a former second-round pick in 2016. Ford was jettisoned in Indy for D'Onta Foreman earlier in the week. The Packers are pretty full in the backfield with Aaron Jones, Jamaal Williams, Dexter Williams and Kapri Bibbs, but Jones and Jamaal Williams have been nicked up. Ford will get a chance to prove himself and earn a spot, but it's an uphill climb for a spot on the 53-man roster, and even if he does land a job, his fantasy appeal should be rather negligible.--Daniel Dobish
