4 years agoSeattle Mariners right-handed pitcher Kendall Graveman was activated off of the injured list Tuesday even as the team’s contest against Oakland was postponed due to COVID-19 complications. Graveman last appeared Aug. 2 and has been absent due to neck injuries that have prevented him from going deep into contests. With that in mind, Seattle will attempt to utilize him out of relief, which will mark his first bullpen appearances since 2014. The Mariners’ next chance to get back into action comes Friday against Texas, although until Graveman’s role is fleshed out, he can remain on the wire in all formats.--Jesse Borek
