7 years agoFor the fantasy owners of Toronto Blue Jays designated hitter Kendrys Morales and outfielder Randal Grichuk, make sure they’re on your bench on Tuesday because they’ll be riding the pine for the real game. For Morales, it’s likely just a routine day off after he just returned from a hamstring injury on Friday. For Grichuk, while it’s also probably a routine day off, he has struggled mightily with each of Toronto’s outfielders outhitting him significantly. Steve Pearce will take Morales’ spot in the designated hitter role, while Curtis Granderson gets the nod in right field for the opening game against the Boston Red Sox.--John Smith
