6 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers closer Kenley Jansen picked up his first win of the season in Sunday's 3-2 game against the Diamondbacks. Jansen entered the ninth inning down by a run with no outs and pitched a scoreless inning, allowing one hit and no walks with a strikeout. Matt Kemp's dramatics in the next half inning won the game for the Dodgers, so Jansen was credited with the win. After a recent rough patch, Jansen seems to have recovered, going 1-0 with two saves and no runs allowed in his last three outings. This is to the benefit of both the Dodgers and fantasy owners, as they will need to rely on Jansen for the final month of the season.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
