6 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers closer Kenley Jansen shut the door on the Mets in Friday's 5-2 win. Jansen entered the game in the ninth inning up by three and retired the Mets 1-2-3 with two strikeouts. He has now gone six straight appearances without allowing a run. While his strikeout rate is down from his career average (9.35 K/9 versus 13.67 K/9), Jansen is still an elite fantasy option and owns a 2.34 ERA.
