2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Kenneth Gainwell carried the ball five times for 20 yards and a touchdown, adding two receptions on four targets for 12 yards during the victory over the Detroit Lions. Miles Sanders was the clear lead back, tallying 13 carries, but Gainwell was given goal-line carries along with Sanders and Boston Scott. All three backs found their way into the end zone Sunday. Sanders may receive the most carries, but it is clear that Philadelphia is not afraid to rotate the backfield when trying to punch it in. Gainwell retains his flex value next week in a favorable matchup against the Minnesota Vikings.--Ryan Larrison - RotoBaller
