Kenny Pickett Still Has A Chance To Start In Week 1

2 years agoPittsburgh Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett appears to have a chance to start in Week 1 against the Cincinnati Bengals. While it was assumed that Mitch Trubisky would be the top signal-caller heading into the regular season, the rookie has made a strong case for himself. Pickett, who was drafted in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft, has been working with the first team. Although the 24-year-old is unproven at the professional level, he has more than enough weapons on the offensive end to be successful. Nevertheless, fantasy managers in deeper leagues or Superflex formats with room to spare may want to grab Pickett immediately, especially since his stock will rise if he's named the starter.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
