Kenyan Drake Back to Work
5 years agoMiami Dolphins running back Kenyan Drake (foot) returned to practice Monday. He looked sharp in his cuts during drills. Drake left the door open for Kalen Ballage to usurp him as the lead back, but Ballage didn't do enough with the opportunity. Ballage rushed 12 times for 17 yards in the third preseason game. Drake is more of a receiving threat than Ballage, which gives him a leg up. However, Ballage should be a factor on early downs. Expect Drake to have a slightly larger share of the work. Drake serves as a high-end RB3 in point-per-reception leagues, and Ballage is an RB4.
