7 years agoDespite a checkered injury past, the Detroit Lions are not worried about rookie running back Kerryon Johnson's durability. The Lions anticipate having him run a lot on the inside, like he did at Auburn. Many predict Johnson will lead the Lions in carries this year, despite a crowded backfield with Legarrette Blount, Ameer Abdullah and Theo Riddick. Johnson is a back worth monitoring during the summer. If he ends up getting a hefty amount of carries, he could be worth a look on draft day.--patton
