4 years agoArizona Diamondbacks outfielder Ketel Marte (hamstring) has been activated from the injured list, according to Nick Piecoro of the Arizona Republic. Marte has been out with a hamstring strain since April 7, and had been slashing .462/.500/.846 with two home runs, five RBI and five runs scored over his first six games of the year. To make room for Marte, the Diamondbacks optioned outfielder Nick Heath to Triple-A Reno. Arizona's lineup has not been released yet, but it's a good bet that Marte will be in the starting nine for tonight's matchup with the Dodgers.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
