3 years agoArizona Diamondbacks second baseman/outfielder Ketel Marte (hand) is back at second base and is hitting third in the batting order on Thursday against Chicago Cubs right-hander Marcus Stroman. Marte missed the previous two games with left hand soreness, but he's back in the lineup on Thursday. The 28-year-old switch-hitter has been red-hot at the plate in May, slashing .375/.464/.625 with a 1.089 OPS, one homer, five RBI, 10 runs scored and a steal in 48 at-bats over 14 games. Hopefully, he'll be able to pick up right where he left off after missing the last two games. Overall, Marte is hitting .231/.308/.392 with two home runs, 11 RBI, 15 runs and two stolen bases in 36 games.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
