With the bases loaded, he took pitcher Emilio Pagan deep in the seventh inning to cut the Diamondbacks deficit 6-5. The 27-year-old has been on fire recently, extending his hitting streak to 11 games. Marte is slashing .375/.432/.750 with four home runs, 12 RBI, and five runs scored during the streak.
