3 years agoArizona Diamondbacks second baseman Ketel Marte (hamstring) was removed from Wednesday's win over the Cincinnati Reds with a tight hamstring. According to Diamondbacks manager Torey Lovullo, the move to pull Marte from the game was precautionary. The 28-year-old went 1-for-3 with a walk and a run before being replaced in the ninth inning. Arizona has a scheduled day off on Thursday, and Marte will have an extra day to rest. Fantasy managers should check back on Friday to ensure Marte is active against the Minnesota Twins before inserting him into their starting lineups.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
