2 years agoChicago Cubs outfield prospect Kevin Alcantara went 1-for-5 with a grand slam for Single-A Myrtle Beach on Wednesday. Part of the Anthony Rizzo deadline deal of last year, the 20-year-old is now hitting .265 with 12 homers, 66 RBI and 11 stolen bases. Alcantara has shown the ability to help across the board with speed being an underrated aspect of his game with 14 doubles and six triple. At 6'6 his body is still maturing and that could lead to more power in the future. For now, Alcantara remains far away from the big leagues and is nothing more than a name for dynasty managers to take note of.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
