2 years agoToronto Blue Jays starting pitcher Kevin Gausman (ankle) was unable to make his scheduled start against the Seattle Mariners on Thursday. The right-hander underwent an MRI on his right ankle. Luckily, Gausman did not fracture his ankle, so he's not expected to miss significant time. Instead, the 31-year-old is dealing with a bone bruise on his right ankle. He'll throw a bullpen session on Friday, so fantasy managers will have to wait for another update after that happens. For the moment, Gausman should be considered day-to-day, so it's uncertain if he'll miss another start.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
