3 years agoSan Francisco Giants starting pitcher Kevin Gausman improved to 12-5 in Monday's 7-5 win over the Mets. Gausman pitched 5 innings, allowing three runs on five hits and two walks with seven strikeouts. The 30-year-old has truly been the team's ace this season and now has a 2.40 ERA and 0.98 WHIP over 24 starts. He has been a huge fantasy asset and should be leaned upon as fantasy managers push towards the playoffs. His next matchup will be at Bay Area rivals Oakland.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
