5 years agoAtlanta Braves starter Kevin Gausman allowed eight runs on eight hits through a single inning of work during a 14-4 loss against the Washington Nationals on Wednesday night. He walked two batters while striking out one. It was the worst start of the season for the 28-year-old, who now owns a 2-4 record on the season to go along with a 5.56 ERA, 1.38 WHIP, and 57/23 K/BB rate. Gausman has sprinkled in fantastic outings with some complete stinkers throughout the season. He is a mid-tier fantasy starter that will take on the Pittsburgh Pirates in his next expected appearance.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
