5 years agoAtlanta Braves starting pitcher Kevin Gausman was lit up by the Nationals Wednesday giving up eight earned runs while only recording three outs. Gausman gave up four runs in the first inning before coming out in the second giving up three more runs and leaving runners on base before mercifully being pulled from the game. Gausman had been pitching well coming into the game having recorded three straight quality starts but Wednesday was a night to forget.
