2 years agoKevin Harvick has history on his side at Pocono. Harvick is also racing very well this season despite not winning yet. He is up to ninth in the points standings as his Stewart-Haas Racing car gets better and better. At Pocono, he has that one win in his last six appearances along with a 7.2 average finish. That includes three top-five results. Only Denny Hamlin has more of those (4) in that span. Even though a driver like Erik Jones has more long shot odds here, a driver like Harvick could be a safer option. He has led 10.4% of the laps and runs more consistently. Other than Gateway, Harvick has three top-fives since Charlotte and has finished no worse than 12th anywhere. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
