4 years agoKevin Holland continues to have the hot hand in the middleweight division, earning a first-round verbal submission over late replacement Charlie Ontiveros. Through the 2:21 of action, Holland tallied 11 significant strikes (33 total strikes). Holland executed both of his takedown attempts, scoring the verbal submission off of a slam which caused some sort of neck injury to Ontiveros. After the bout, Holland was seen trash-talking with current UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya. Adesanya is set to fight Jan Blachowicz, according to Dana White.
