4 years agoAnaheim Ducks defenseman Kevin Shattenkirk posted an assist in Wednesday's big 5-1 loss to the Kings, making it six points in six games for himself this month. He and Nicolas Deslauriers helped Sam Steel to notch his third tally of the year. Shattenkirk has 11 points for the whole year in 27 games with a minus-two rating, 45 shots, 32 blocks, and 31 hits. His best days seem to be behind him, but the 32-year-old has been a solid fantasy asset in deeper formats, and he's in a superb spot to continue his hot start to the month, with the Kings facing San Jose to complete their week.
