Keynan Middleton Leaves With Biceps Strain
4 years agoSeattle Mariners relief pitcher Keynan Middleton (biceps) came on to pitch the ninth inning of Tuesday's game with the Mariners holding a four-run lead. Unfortunately, he only managed to face one batter, whom he walked, before being forced out of the game with a biceps strain. He was charged with a run when reliever Robert Dugger allowed that baserunner to score. It is unknown how much time he will miss, but this is a tough break for Middleton, who may have been on the verge of more ninth-inning opportunities. If he is on any fantasy rosters, he can be safely dropped.
