2 years agoBuffalo Bills wide receiver Khalil Shakir has been putting together an extremely strong preseason. In the preseason opener, Shakir hauled in all five of his targets for 92 yards. He followed that up with three receptions for 59 yards in the second preseason matchup. The rookie wideout has now hauled in all eight of his targets during the preseason. Unfortunately for him, the Bills have quite a bit of depth at wide receiver. The 23-year-old is unlikely to make a splash right away with the Bills healthy. However, Shakir should be on the fantasy radar in most formats. Also, fantasy managers in dynasty formats should make sure Shakir isn't sitting on the waiver wire.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
