6 years agoOakland Athletics slugger Khris Davis is on the bench against the San Diego Padres on Wednesday. Davis is dealing with a routine stomach virus but he is still available to pinch-hit if necessary. It just looks like a regular day off for Davis, as there is no designated hitter spot available in the National League ballpark. He has a .235 average with 20 home runs and 49 RBI. He should be back in the lineup Thursday and will continue to crush baseballs. He'll be a premium source of power for the rest of the season.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
