4 years agoTexas Rangers designated hitter Khris Davis (quad) was activated from the injured list on Saturday, according to Kennedi Landry of MLB.com. In a corresponding move, utility player Eli White was optioned to Triple-A Round Rock. Davis has been out with a strained left quad since the end of Spring Training after slashing .219/.306/.438 with two home runs, six RBI and five runs scored in 13 games. He had a down year in 2020 where he slashed .200/.303/.329, but he's a potential bounce-back candidate this year as his .221 xBA and .407 xSLG suggest he was slightly unlucky at the plate. In AL-only and deep mixed leagues, Davis is worth taking a look at as a guy to target off the waiver-wire.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
