5 years agoOakland Athletics designated hitter Khris Davis broke out of his slump in a big way Monday, going 3-for-5 with three runs, one home run and two RBI. August has otherwise been a struggle for Davis, who entered Monday's game mired in a 6-for-51 drought over the last 17 games. With fantasy playoffs just around the corner, fantasy owners are hoping this is a sign of things to come, but if Davis does continue to struggle, fantasy owners may want to consider looking at other options.--Joseph Magazzinich
