5 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers infielder/outfielder Kike Hernandez might be "trying too hard" to force his way out of a slump, manager Dave Roberts said. "I mean you could say so, I guess. I would rather be the guy who tries too hard rather than the guy who doesn't try at all," Hernandez responded. Hernandez was red hot at the beginning of the season, but he is hitting just .165 over the past five weeks. Fantasy owners won't want to give up on him just yet, as he showed earlier in the season that he can be a force.--Daniel Dobish
