3 years agoThe Boston Red Sox might get some needed reinforcements on Tuesday, as manager Alex Cora said he expects second baseman/outfielder Kike Hernandez and infielder/outfielder Danny Santana to both return to the club. The Red Sox have been ravished recently by a virus outbreak that has sidelined nine players thus far, including Hernandez and Santana. The former is having a solid year at the plate, slashing .258/.346/.465 with 17 home runs over 112 games. Santana, on the other hand, hasn't had as much luck this season, hitting just .168 with four home runs and three stolen bases over 35 games.--Spencer Seguin - RotoBaller
