Kike Hernandez Drives In Three Thursday
3 years agoBoston Red Sox utility man Kike Hernandez played the hero Thursday night, going 1-for-4 with a double and a sacrifice fly, driving in three runs. Two of those RBI came on his double in the bottom of the ninth inning to tie the game against the New York Yankees en route to a 5-4 win in 10 innings. Hernandez has slashed .262/.387/.656 in 61 July at-bats, raising his season OPS to .782. He's a flexible fantasy option with pop, and he's scoring plenty of runs. He should be rostered in many more leagues.
