3 years agoBoston Red Sox utility man Kike Hernandez went 2-for-5 with a double, a sacrifice fly, a run scored, and an RBI against the Chicago White Sox in a 9-8 extra-inning loss Saturday. It was a strong showing for Hernandez, who had previously gone just 1-for-13 in three games since returning from a COVID-19 diagnosis. If he can get his timing back, Hernandez is a valuable fantasy asset sitting atop the Boston lineup.
