3 years agoDenver Broncos wide receiver KJ Hamler (knee) is well ahead of schedule in his rehab after suffering a torn ACL and other significant damage to his left knee in Week 3 of last season. He ran routes for new quarterback Russell Wilson last month for the first time since before his injury last September. "I couldn't be more impressed with anyone in our building than KJ Hamler," general manager George Paton said. "Significant injury and no one fights, no one works (harder), no one has more passion. The fact that I saw him running routes last month at Russell's, I mean, I know he's doing well, I know his surgery went well, but when I saw him out there (running routes), very impressive." Hamler expects to be ready before the start of next season and could be more attractive in deeper fantasy leagues now that Wilson is in town, but he'll be left to the waiver to open 2022 in standard 12-team leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
