3 years agoDenver Broncos wide receiver KJ Hamler (illness) is unlikely to play in Saturday's preseason against the Los Angeles Rams. He is dealing with a non-COVID-19-related illness and has been unable to practice this week. "He's just sick, he's a lot better today," said head coach Vic Fangio. The 22-year-old recorded 30 catches (56 targets) for 381 yards and three touchdowns in his rookie season. He's flashed his playmaking ability in the preseason, catching three passes for 107 yards and two TDs over the first two games. The Broncos wideout is expected to be for the regular-season opener against the New York Giants. Hamler is the Broncos WR3 but has a ton of upside and is worth taking a flyer in the later rounds of upcoming fantasy drafts.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
