3 years agoMilwaukee Brewers second baseman Kolten Wong (oblique) is scheduled to go through a full workout on Thursday and could be activated on Friday, according to Will Sammon of The Athletic. Manager Craig Counsell expressed optimism that Wong could be back in the lineup on Friday, but said that the team will have to wait and see how he responds to the scheduled workout. Wong has been out for almost two weeks now, but prior to the injury he was slashing .280/.343/.441 with four homers, five steals, 15 RBI and 24 runs scored.
