3 years agoChicago Cubs infielder/outfielder Kris Bryant (hamstring) will be sidelined for Thursday's contest versus the Philadelphia Phillies with hamstring tightness. Bryant left Wednesday's contest early and remains day-to-day. Infielder Patrick Wisdom will replace Bryant in the lineup on Thursday and bat second versus Zach Eflin. Wisdom offers plenty of power, but doesn't offer much else. He is a risky play in DFS this evening. Wisdom would be the beneficiary of more playing time if Bryant remains sidelined. His power makes him worth a look in deeper mixed leagues, but managers shouldn't expect much in the batting average department.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
